Goods remain the property of Earthen Fire until they have been paid in full by the purchaser.  

 

All goods are inspected before despatch, in the event of defects resulting from faulty material that is agreed to by the manufacturer Earthen Fire will replace such defective goods prior to them being laid or fixed in position. Earthen Fire accepts no responsibility for any direct or consequential loss or damage.  

 

All product specifications are made by the manufacturers of the products, not Earthen Fire. Earthen Fire does not guarantee these specifications and will not entertain any claim regarding failure to meet these specifications unless warranted by the manufacturer.​

Shade Variation Guide

The colours and shading of all tiles vary to some degree from piece to piece and from run to run. It is recommended that several tiles from the same production run be examined in order to determine colour shade variations. Any questions or concerns about your tile selection should be clarified prior to installation.

 

Variations in shade and size are a natural feature of ceramics internationally and vary from batch to batch. No responsibility will be accepted by Earthen Fire for any colour variation in the product supplied by us.

 

V1 - Uniform Appearance Differences among pieces from the same production run are minimal.

 

V2 - Slight Variation Clearly distinguishable differences in texture and/or pattern within similar colours.

 

V3 - Moderate Variation While the colours present on a single piece of tile will be indicative of the colours to be expected on the other tiles, the number of colours on each piece may vary significantly. For example "that little bit of colour" on one piece of tile may be the primary colour on the next piece.

 

V4 - Substantial Variation Random colour differences from tile to tile, so that one tile may have totally different colours from that of other tiles. Thus the final installation will be unique.
